  • The library is a place for the community to get together, casually,to learn and engage and be themselves. The Plumb Memorial Library in Rochester is just that kind of library and our amazing library staff make this possible everyday. We wouldn't have the library we have without them.

  • I’ve used the library for years, but my experience for the past several months here has been almost life-changing. Books and literacy should not just be a privilege, but a guaranteed tool to access anytime, anywhere; that’s where libraries come to play. Libraries make it possible for you to complete your TBR, when you might think, can I afford this book? Do I have space for it? You have the ability to borrow it for free, and it’s amazing. I couldn’t be who I am without the books I have read, the insights I’ve gained, the knowledge I’ve learned, all of which were found here.

  • Plumb Memorial Library is the best! It is a welcoming place for all where you can browse the stacks for your next best read, borrow from The Library of Things, check out a pass (we love the zoo) or quietly play in the Children's Area (puzzles, crayons). There is nothing I don't enjoy about this place!
