  • As a preschool teacher the Somerset library has provided me with several books to read to my students every week. Studies show children under 5 who are read to by adults at least 5 times a day have heard 1.4 million more words then children who are not. It is fundamental to a small child's life and education to be read to by adults. Without access to a public library I would have significantly less books to read my students and less resources to teach them about the world around them.
